“We are delighted to be recognised with this top industry award once again with many of our valued charter brokers on both sides of the Atlantic and industry peers present.  It is globally renowned as the sector’s benchmark for aviation safety and especially timely as we prepare for the arrival of our brand new Airbus ACJ320neo, eagerly awaited by our US-based clients. WYVERN Wingman Certification is synonymous with adhering to industry best practices and the highest level of safety and protocols,” said Kuky Salazar.

Acropolis Aviation, based at the UK’s Farnborough Airport, has held WYVERN status since 2011.

Sonny Bates, CEO of WYVERN Ltd stated: “Congratulations to Acropolis Aviation for successfully passing their fifth WYVERN audit.  Consistently achieving this benchmark is a solid endorsement of an organisation’s commitment to safety.  Such dedication firmly positions Acropolis as an industry leader in safety culture.”

To qualify for Wingman status, operators must successfully pass an onsite audit every two years, where flight, maintenance, and company business practices are evaluated against “The Wingman Standard.”

Carlo Montanini, UK-based Charter Sales Manager and Kuky Salazar are representing Acropolis Aviation at NBAA-BACE this week 21st, to 24th, October 2019.

They will be promoting the company’s new Airbus ACJ320neo, which is due to enter revenue services by the end of the year. The industry’s first ever ACJ320neo is currently completing its cabin outfitting at AMAC Aerospace in Basel, Switzerland.

Acropolis recently bolstered its management team with the addition of Mark Bird, formerly with Air Tanker, as Ground Operations Manager.
